Our firm is comprised of competent, ethical, and professional appraisers and research personnel that offer one-on-one service to our clients and excellent team support.
The principal of the firm, Jerome J. McHale, is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), a Certified Tax Assessor (CTA) in the State of New Jersey, a Certified Appraiser in NJ and PA, and a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of NJ.
We strive to maintain close communication with our clients and offer them prompt and courteous service at all times.
The recipe for a comprehensive report includes knowledge, specialized experience, detailed research, and current analytical tools. Resulting in a well documented, objective, and professionally versed report.
